Matt Young - Director of Engineering and Information Technology

As Director of Engineering and Information Technology, Mr. Young maintains the CORDEV IT infrastructure, SharePoint portals, and manages the Information Technology portions of contracts. He has responsibility for CORDEV’s payroll, websites, compliance, recruiting, and proposal development.  He has over 20 years of experience in systems design and integration, project and program management, systems administration, and software development.

Mr. Young comes from a varied background of systems design and integration, software architecture and development, CMS system development, ISO-9001:2000 Quality Assurance certification, and achieving an assesment of  SEI-CMM Level III for ManTech Test Systems.

Mr. Young holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech.
