John J. Ressa Promoted to President of CORDEV, Inc.

FALLS CHURCH, Va.—July 5, 2005 -- CORDEV, Inc. a leading provider of telecommunications and information technology solutions announced today the promotion of John J. Ressa to President of CORDEV, Inc.  Mr. Ressa will also continue as the Company’s Chief Operating Officer.

As President and Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Ressa will lead and manage the day-to-day operations of CORDEV.  He will manage and have responsibility for CORDEV’s overall competitive positioning, business development, customer relations, communication, employee development and recruiting.

Mr. Ressa joined CORDEV in March 2005, as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer.  Before joining CORDEV, Mr. Ressa was Group Vice President and General Manager of ManTech Test Systems, Inc where he focused on developing advanced test systems and software solutions for the Department of Defense.

Mr. Ressa is active in the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers.  He holds a B.S. from Syracuse University and a M.S from the State University of New York at Stony Brook, both in electrical engineering.
