CORDEV Names Ressa Senior Vice President, Chief Operating Officer.

Falls Church, Va., March 28 – CORDEV Inc., a leading provider of telecommunications and information technology solutions, announces that John J. Ressa joins the firm as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Ressa will oversee CORDEV business operations and federal and industry contracts. He has 28 years of experience in system design, integration and management.

Mr. Ressa was Group Vice President and General Manager of ManTech Test Systems, Inc. where he managed major system and software development programs, including implementation of a certificated and registered ISO9001:2000 Quality Assurance System, and a level 3 SEI-CMM software development organization. He also directed a Software Process Control Group, chartered to improve software development maturity.

Mr. Ressa is active in the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), and served on the System Engineering, Automatic Testing Committee for the National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA). He holds a B.S. from Syracuse University and an M.S. from the State University of New York at Stony Brook, both in electrical engineering, and instructed at Northern Virginia Community College.
